Erik Menendez is expected to make his case before a California parole board Thursday ahead of his older brother Lyle’s hearing on Friday. The critical hearings come after a judge recently ruled to resentence the brothers, making them eligible for release for the first time since they were convicted of the 1989 murders of their parents, José and Kitty, in their Beverly Hills home.
