Federal judge rules Trump administration must fund SNAP benefits

There is fear and confusion among the 42 million people who rely on SNAP benefits for food assistance. The Trump administration said funding had run out for SNAP benefits because of the government shutdown, but a federal judge has now ruled that the administration must use contingency funds to pay for the program.
