Suspect in Shooting of Minnesota Lawmakers in Custody

After a 2-day manhunt, Vance Boelter, the suspect behind the fatal shooting of a Minnesota lawmaker and her husband, as well as the wounding of another lawmaker and his wife, has been captured by police and is facing state and federal charges. NBC’s Maggie Vespa reports for TODAY.
